Conduction of Workshop

On 4th July 2017 the Program "Communication skills" was Conducted in Kendriya Vidyalaya OEF Kanpur among all the Teaching Staff. In this workshop the Master Trainers Mr. S.K. Tiwari (TGT English) and Mr. Hemant Kumar (PRT).

Demonstrated the aims and objectives of communication skills. They made 9 facilitators and they invited them to form the groups.The workshop was chaired by the sensible, energetic and innovative principal of the vidyalaya.

At the very outset program was initiated by the master trainers and it was commenced with the welcome note of respected Principal. soon after both master trainers expounded the objectives of it and laid emphasis to say on that "An effective communication can make an effective speaker". In this regard it was explained to create environment among the teachers and the students to develop competency and communication effectively. As a result teachers and student will feel proud to become independent learners wiping the language and the communicative hazards. In this connection videos were shown. The cards were familiarized by Mr. Hemant Kumar. They read the cards towards the teachers with proper pronunciation, articulation , vocabulary with uses and also with the correct sentences etc.Further Resource Person Miss Jyotsana Verma stated that their are 100  reading cards and these cards meant-

1.  For Basic Knowledge(1-20)
2.  For Average Knowledge(21-50)
3.  For Advanced Knowledge (51-100)

and these cards will be made with simple and long conversation, simple and tricky questions, glossary, grammar, simple sentences. exclamatory passages  and many others. In this regard both Master Trainers read one card as an example towards the teachers. They read it with correct pronunciation and articulation.They read the words with the meaning and their usages. They also acted to form the sentence structure to join the Subject Verb and Object. At the last our worthy principal was solicited to express his views on it. He stated his vision to say that we should promote language competency in communication with students and all staff members  keeping in the view all four competencies are to be exercised and we will be enriched to speak fluently. He motivated us to be more attentive for making its success as the project was initiated by KVS Varanasi Region and finally it was launched by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Headquarter New Delhi.

In the final touch of the program Mr. Hemant Kumar was invited to vote of thanks. He thanked to feel extremely gratitude to the visionary and learned principal. He also thanked to all the participants present over there. In this way the workshop came to end for making better tomorrow with regular practice.
